Jason works with Change Logic’s clients to enable change in senior leadership populations. He has over 20 years working with large, complex organizations on culture change and capability building. Jason returned to Change Logic in 2015, following 4 years leading Goldman Sach’s renowned Pine Street leadership development group. At Goldman he designed programs to support the most senior population of the bank, following the turbulence of the financial crisis. Earlier, he was director of leadership development at BP plc, and spent almost a decade as an organizational expert with McKinsey and Co., counselling senior leaders globally on transformational change.
Jason received his MBA from London Business School, an MA from the University of London and a first class BA in business and languages from Sheffield He is an accredited Immunity to Change coach (from Professor Bob Kegan at Harvard) and licensed in several psychometric instruments. He is currently furthering his study of coaching at Ashridge Business School in the UK.
