Vincent Ducret
Vincent Ducret works with business leaders and senior teams to drive corporate transformation, innovation, and growth. He has built innovation platforms and strategized, developed, and executed the global rollout of innovation frameworks built on customer-centricity and lean enterprise principles at large, complex firms.
Before joining Change Logic, Vincent led Philip Morris International’s ambitious transformation to ‘end smoking’, where he developed an extensive innovation toolkit, identified target mindsets and behaviors, and designed and managed a grassroots innovation and change movement to embed those behaviors, methods, and agile ways of working across 75,000+ employees in 180 countries. His work has been referenced in HBR and TheInnovator. Through this work, Vincent gained deep experience building innovation capability, leading cultural change, and developing innovation communities. Over his career, Vincent has also established a world-wide network with key actors and companies of the innovation eco-system.
Vincent teaches digital transformation and innovation practices as adjunct faculty for International Institute in Geneva Master programs and University of St. Gallen MBA program. Vincent holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). He operates from Switzerland.
