She has worked across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors in the US, Europe and Latin America – helping them translate unmet needs and consumer insights into co-created products, experiences, and business models.

Emily is passionate about building authentic consumer relationships that turn connection, brand relevance and deep insights into build disruptive technologies, innovations and solutions. She has advised and partnered with global corporations, ventures, and mission-driven organizations on projects that define strategic priorities, new business models, R&D pipelines, market launch and expansion strategies, and cross-sector collaborations. Her work spans multiple industries including health, apparel, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, insurance and technology sectors.

Named one of Bloomberg’s 500 Most Influential People in Latin America, Emily is a patented inventor and award-winning entrepreneur. Her thought leadership has been highlighted by many including SXSW, Forbes, Fast Company, CNN, Bloomberg and Women’s Health. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, a joint MBA/MPH from UC Berkeley, and serves on the United Nations leadership as well as several boards advancing innovation and sustainability.
