Helping established firms realize their aspiration for new business growth

Change Logic was founded in 2007 to make the ground-breaking research of Professor Michael Tushman (Harvard Business School) and Professor Charles O’Reilly (Stanford GSB) available to business leaders.

Change Logic’s full-time team has decades of experiences working as consultants, at firms such as McKinsey, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Deloitte, and Frog, as former managers at IBM, P&G, BT, Cisco, and Philip Morris, and as entrepreneurs at startups in tech, consumer goods, and agribusiness.
