About Us

Meet the team.

Meet the team.

Change Logic was founded in 2007 by Andy Binns with Professors Michael Tushman of Harvard Business School and Charles O’Reilly of Stanford Graduate School of Business. The firm combined their research with Andy’s experience at McKinsey and IBM, creating a distinctive model for turning academic ideas into practical action.

Today, our ambition is to be the firm CEOs and leadership teams turn to when they want to apply the best academic research to consequential business problems. We are expanding our community of partner professors, including Brian Hall, Ryan Raffaelli and Ivanka Visnjic, to bring new research, intellectual property and perspectives to our clients.

Our full-time team adds decades of experience as leaders, entrepreneurs and advisers, helping clients put those ideas to work.
