Change Logic, the award-winning strategic innovation company, announces Dan Kolodziej will join their team as a Principal, leading the firm’s EMEA practice.

Dan joins Change Logic after a 15+ year career in innovation, venture-building, and digital strategy, most recently working as the Product Strategy & Venture Director at frog (previously PwC’s Fahrenheit 212) in the UK. He’s built corporate ventures generating millions of dollars in value for some of the biggest global brands, including L’Oreal, DHL, Ford, and Bayer, as both a consultant and as a venture leader.
He has worked in some of the most well-known venture-building studios in London, advising and mentoring teams on best-in-class methodology to Ideate, Incubate and, most importantly, Scale innovation. He has worked with start-ups and corporate ventures within some of the world’s leading technology accelerators and incubators, such as those at google and IKEA. He is a regular speaker on venture building, in both academic and practitioner settings.
In his new position, Dan will lead Change Logic’s expanding EMEA practice, focused on helping clients grow outside of their core business, and driving corporate innovation and transformation. His passion for innovation and hands-on experience using a disciplined innovation and experimentation process will help clients better understand and address the challenges of building new ventures inside existing organizations.
