Team announcement

Elspeth LI

Change Logic, the award-winning strategic innovation company, announces the return of Elspeth Chasser, who will join the team as a Principal and as a member of our expanding EMEA practice.

Co-founder and Managing Director, Andrew Binns, commented, “We celebrate the return to Change Logic of our employee #1, Elspeth Chasser, after a 10-year hiatus.  Elspeth will help our clients to accelerate time to revenue of innovation with her expertise in solution sales and go-to-market strategies.”

Prior to her return, Elspeth was the chief architect of the Sales Leadership development program at Cisco.  She designed and delivered this transformation program, advising leaders on how to shift the behavior of leaders and sellers towards consultative selling- work that directly impacted the pipeline and win rate of Cisco’s 19k-strong global salesforce.

Elspeth started her career in consulting and sales at IBM.  She later became the Head of Faculty for Stephen Covey’s organization in Europe and was renowned for her facilitation of the “Helping Clients Succeed” consultative selling workshop.  Elspeth was a Principal at Change Logic from 2009 to 2015, helping executives lead through disruption.  She remains a passionate believer that curious, consultative selling is the best, most fulfilling profession.

“I’m delighted and privileged to return to the firm and work side by side with my fellow Change Logicians.  I am constantly learning from our team and our clients and look forward to serving leaders eager to transform and grow their organization,” said Chasser.
