A three-day Strategic Leadership Forum helped the senior team define the most important barriers across the wireless-connectivity product lifecycle. It launched a 180-day transformation in which sprint teams tested solutions across planning, implementation, integration and verification.
More than 150 engineers were involved by the third sprint. The teams developed new ways to manage design, verification, integration and capacity while building the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
