- Strategy – ensure senior team have a shared understanding and commitment to the strategy
- Execution planning – engage the top 50 managers. We organized them into 5 teams, each focused on a strategy execution challenge. Ran a problem-solving working session with the work groups over three days to develop a shared analysis of the challenges and align on the actions to close gaps.
- Execution – agile strategy sprints to build momentum over 90 days and develop a sustainable management system
