- Diagnosis – in depth stakeholder interviews across multiple functions, up to Executive level to gather data around the current ‘As-Is’ state of the venture unit.
- Playbook – drawing upon diagnosis data, and our market leading research/practice we created an easy-to-use playbook with unique tools to help ventures identify the customer, capabilities and capacities needed to scale a venture. We also helped them develop a strategy for whether to build, partner or acquire these assets.
