Christine Griffin
Christine has 25+ years of experience as both a strategy consultant and entrepreneur. As a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, she served companies facing growth, business model innovation and organizational issues. As Co-founder and CEO of a Pittsburgh-based technology firm, she directed all aspects of the firm’s strategic, product and go to market efforts.
Christine leads Change Logic’s growth practice. She has experience consulting in a range of industries, from insurance and healthcare to autonomous vehicles and adaptive learning. Christine’s recent work includes launching a corporate incubation unit and innovation process for a European insurer, developing ecosystem strategies for autonomous vehicles and medical devices, designing and executing the launch of adaptive learning technology, and developing an organizational blueprint for a healthcare analytics company.
Christine graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School, and BBA from The University of Notre Dame. She is based in Pittsburgh.
