Kristin von Donop

Kristin is an advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams. She brings 20+ years of experience in executing growth strategies, innovation, and change. Kristin leads the Leadership and Organization Renewal practice at Change Logic.

She has worked in many industries and has expertise in technology, media, and life sciences. Kristin’s recent work includes launching a corporate innovation unit, implementing repeatable methods for testing & learning new approaches, and taking a long-term view of the capabilities needed to scale an ambition.

Her client experience is diverse. Kristin started her consulting career with Accenture. Next she joined IBM where she consulted to IBM”s senior leadership. The focus at IBM was to accelerate organic growth by aligning strategy and execution to unleash enterprise collaboration.

Kristin taught leadership as faculty for Harvard University’s Executive Education programs and the Dubai School of Government. Kristin graduated with an MS from Rensselaer and BS from Northeastern University. She is based in Maine.
