Change Logic’s Role
- Assessment – mapped the product portfolio across the three Horizons of growth.
- Strategy – defined and aligned on the five strategic objectives to accomplish growth over the following 18-24 months.
- KPI’s and culture – identified what they needed to get right internally to achieve the outcomes (key success factors) – this also included a “deep dive” on organization culture and defining the culture they needed for success
- Monitor– created scorecards for each outcome and ran bi-weekly review meetings for six weeks.
The new CEO has recently raised $40m+ to help accelerate growth, and we continue to work with them.
