- Org Design – designed a number of organizational design options and created selection criteria, with new unit leadership selection.
- Setup and Operations – worked with new unit leaders to complete unit design, financial model, employee mapping, transition strategy; focused on building capabilities in Product Management, Digital Content and global delivery.
- Road to change – developed roadmap, appointments process, change management plan.
- Execution – supported senior team to deliver integrated global launch via executive briefings, announcements, Town Halls, Unit kick-offs and change management programs.
