How might we use existing insurance data to inform the creation of new health and wellness ventures, at scale?

- Strategy – helped CEO and Senior Team decide ambition and market selection for innovation unit (SanusX- now Mavie ).
- Operating Model – developed structure, budget, governance, talent strategy, and repeatable, scalable innovation method.
- Launch – launched SanusX to lead UNIQA’s emerging healthcare ventures in targeted markets; acted as innovation team for first 6 months then coached multiple squads through 30+ experiments in 7 new business areas.
- Scaling Paths – developed and executed Scaling Paths to assemble the assets needed to grow new ventures organically, via acquisition (2x), and via partnership or joint venture (2x)
Impact
- Launched in-market experiments for opportunities in mental health, elderly care, primary care.
- Helped SanusX launch a COVID-19 testing service inside one month, reduced onsite testing time by 97% vs. others.
- Certified 18 SanusX team members in Change Logic’s Ideate-Incubate-Scale methodology.
- Provided SanusX with a rich pipeline of net-new opportunities.
