We need someone who can do primary and desk research, synthesize a point of view and present it coherently in writing. We want someone based in the Boston-area that is interested in an initial 6-month contract, with the option to extend. Work starts in April.
You may be a former management consultant, a graduate student in business or related discipline, or come from another background entirely.
Candidates should demonstrate evidence of the following:

- Analytics – is sufficiently numerate to do simple data analysis to support research where appropriate
- Content – knowledge of innovation practices in large corporations (e.g., design thinking, lean-agile, etc.)
- Learning – you will need to come up to speed with our research and distinctive point of view quickly
- Global savvy – this is a no travel role, but we need someone aware of the rest of the world. If you don’t have a passport don’t apply.
We do fascinating work at senior levels in global corporations, as well as publishing research in books and journals, such as the Harvard Business Review.
We are a fun, demanding firm, with a lot of smart, articulate people that enjoy working with one another. The role is home-based, with attendance at occasional meetings in our Boston office.
Hours are open to discussion. We have health and retirement plans available should you join the permanent staff. Please include a resume and cover letter explaining why you are the right candidate. Please do not submit a generic application, as these will be ignored. Applications via LinkedIn or to recruitment@change-logic.com.
